A Day in the Life of a Digital Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will have the responsibility to ensure data cleanliness and accurate synchronization across our CRMs and marketing automation platforms. This entails prospecting for new media buying opportunities, managing CPM, CPL, CPA, CPC, and CPV campaigns and reviewing backend performance to ensure specific eCPA and profitability goals are being met. You would help to drive our online media buying and customer acquisition strategy by developing and managing profitable buys. You would have the opportunity to leverage your creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative, landing pages, and campaigns. You'll enjoy the satisfaction managing the creation and execution of campaigns that exceed business goals. You'll show your skills by building and maintaining the lead scoring programs that will be used for determining a Market Qualified Lead and a Sales Accepted lead.

You'll be given the opportunity to grow new leads and drive growth across the marketing and sales funnel, including content creation and make adjustments to marketing campaigns as necessary. You will work cross-departmentally with with our marketing and customer teams to build and maintain buyer personas to be able to effectively make improvements according to lead quality reports. We'd love to see your creativity by building and maintaining a rich content/editorial calendar for buyer personas across all stages of their lifecycle (including blog posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.), while creating Dashboard and ROI tracking to measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution and business performance.

What you Need to be Qualified for this Job

To be qualified for this job, our ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of digital marketing experience with a proven positive track record using Sales and Marketing CRMS and an advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel. Our Digital Marketing Manager must be a team player with great work ethic and honesty.  A positive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to think outside the box is a must as you manage a team that will help set up and manage marketing automation programs including establishing the generations of change necessary to introduce these programs.  The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of online media buying, communications including social media and blog-based marketing.
